I choose the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA), Code of Ethics with practices. It respects and supports the government constitutions and upholds the laws. Also tries to improve the laws and policies for the welfare of the people. It illustrates personal integrity and adherence to the conduct of the highest standards to promote public confidence and trust in public service. The society promises to enhance the spirit of responsible professionalism within the membership and to be aware and committed to ethical principles and standards among all people who work in public service. The code is necessary as it promotes the public welfare (Svara,2015). The code is not enforced as the society upholds the Constitution and laws and seeks to improve the policies for the public good. Also, as per the principles of ASPA, they give information to the public and motivate active engagement in the government system. They are transparent responsive and give respect and assistance to all people in their dealing with public organizatio
